“I love treating clients regardless of their reason for coming, but am particularly drawn to helping busy women to find balance and calm in their lives.”

What to expect from a Reiki treatment with me

I follow a very client-centric approach and put my clients at the heart of the treatment, from setting up the room so that I've created a calm and peaceful environment to really listening to what has bought my client for reiki and how we can work together to reach the results that they hope for.

I very much tailor each treatment to the client on that day; what's stressing them out, what is it they are worrying about that they need help shifting. For new clients I walk them through what the session will entail and what I'll be doing so they can fully relax and not be concerned about what comes next.

After the session I'll give them a glass of water to sip while we talk through what we both felt during the session. I can give them some aftercare tips and ways they can work on self-healing at home. I'll also check in after a day or two to see how they're getting on.

Why I practise Reiki

A friend trained in Reiki 1 and 2 and knowing my love of all things holistic, I'm a reflexologist as well, persuaded me to go for a treatment with Carolina to try it out. That's all it took to know that I had to train to be able to give this wonderful healing treatment to others. I was hooked then, and still very much am now.

We're all super busy all of the time and I really value being able to give an hour of gentle reiki to very stressed out anxious women who don't usually have time for themselves. Creating a safe space for them to just be while I work on calming their energy and bringing them back to balance.

It makes me very warm and glowy to see a super stressed client walk in for a treatment and glide out super chilled after the session.
